Restoran <b>pelik di Johor</b> Bahru | Kuala Lumpur Post - Blog <b>Makanan</b> <b>...</b> Posted: 14 Apr 2014 11:34 AM PDT Malam ni JDT lawan Pahang tapi tak best la blog pasal bola Sikit-sikit nak gaduh, sikit-sikit nak provoke... So mari kita cerita pasal makanan... Sebab semua orang suka makanan! Dan kalau cakap pasal makanan tak buat orang nak gaduh :) Sebagai seorang anak jati johor, saya nak kongsikan makanan-makanan tradisional orang Johor yang sangat sedap belaka! Pastikan anda tidak lapar sebelum scroll ke bawah :) Laksa Johor Biasanya mee yang digunakan ialah spaghetti, Class gitu orang johor ni, Kemudian kuahnya pula biasanya menggunakan ikan kembung atau ikan tenggiri Dan tak lengkap laksa Johor tanpa ulam-ulamannya Kalau di rumah LA, ada limau kasturi yang dibelah dua, taugeh, bawang, timun, jeruk lobak, daun kesum dan daun bawang. Dan akhir sekali, letakkan sambal belacan untuk lebih sedap dan nikmat Mee Bandung Biasanya orang tak panggil Mee Bandung Johor, tapi Mee Bandung Muar Dan sejujurnya dan merasa mee bandung di Terengganu, Selangor dan tempat lain Mee Bandung Muar tiada tandingannya ! Mee Bandung Muar ni kalau nak sedap maka perlulah lengkap ramuannya Tak boleh ada shortcut2 bahan macam sesetengah kedai buat Jadi, tak peliklah kenapa Mee Bandung Muar harganya agak mahal sedikit Mestilah cukup binatang2 dalam kuahnya seperti udang, sotong dan ayam Mestilah ada telur, telur goreng atau telur rebus bergantung pada selera masing2 Mestilah cukup pedasnya :) Soto Soto ada dua jenis iaitu soto nasi dan soto bihun Kalau LA lebih prefer soto bihun LA suka sangat kalau soto yang lengkap dengan hirisan ayamnya, sambal kicap yang pedas, kacang tanah, daun bawang dan paling penting bergedil Nasi Ambang Subhanallah, kecur tengok gambar ni Ni memang favourite LA daripada kecik sampai sekarang Kalau offer memang tak dapat nak menolak lah senang kata Tapi sesetengah orang tak minat sebab agak complicated menunya Hidangan nasi ambang yang lengkap lebih kurang macam gambar di atas Nasi + Ayam masak merah/ kicap pedas + mee kasar + ikan masin + serunding + sambal jawa + sayur + keropok goreng Kalau datang Johor, silalah cuba nasi ambang yea? Gerenti puas hati :) Telur Pindang LA teringat saat-saat baru memulakan pengajian di Terengganu Datang kempunan nak makan telur pindang Tanyalah dekat kawan-kawan mana nak dapat Semuanya tak faham apa itu 'telur pindang' Rupa-rupanya di selatan sahaja yang ada Telur Pindang Kalau anda ke kenduri perkahwinan di negeri Johor Biasanya mereka akan memberi Telur Pindang Mengikut resipi tradisional Johor, Telur akan direbus bersama Garam, Kicap, Jintan Putih, Jintan Manis, Ketumbar,dan berbagai jenis bahan lain. Bahan tersebut adalah Kulit Bawang Merah, Kulit Bawang Putih, Serai, Daun dan isi Lengkuas, Daun Senduduk, Daun Jambu Batu dan sebagainya. Rasanya sangat sedap :) Ada juga perkhidmatan pos untuk mereka yang nak telur pindang Kacang Pool LA pun tak pasti kenapa namanya kacang pool Mungkin sebab kuahnya dalam mangkuk tu nampak macam kolam Haha tak pastilah pulak, Kalau family LA kami selalu perkena kacang pool di medan selera sebelah Bomba Larkin Try la, makanan yang simple tetapi sangat sedap :) Mee Rebus Johor Urmmm...sedap jugak ni Selalunya kalau LA Mee Rebus ni makan sarapan Sedap, yelah, takkan lah nak nasi lemak dan roti canai setiap pagi Mee Rebus Johor ni kuahnya pekat Dihidang bersama telur rebus, daun bawang, bawang goreng, tauhu dan lada hijau Kadang-kadang kalau sedap lagi ada seafood dalam mee rebus Antara yang popular di Johor Bahru adalah Mee Rebus Tulang Az dan Mee Rebus Haji Wahid Memang terkenal sangat :) silalah cuba bila datang Johor Botok-botok Haaa...kalau yang ni orang luar nampak confirm pelik Yelah, nampak comot dan serabai je kalau dihidang Tapi rasanya...ummphhh sedap lagi menyelerakan Kalau hari-hari biasa susah nak nampak botok-botok ni Selalunya semasa bulan Ramadhan yang banyak dijual di bazaar Botok-botok ni sebenarnya hidangan ikan dan ulam-ulaman yang dibalut dalam daun pisang Daun yang biasa digunakan ialah seperti pucuk ubi, pucuk betik, pucuk mengkudu, daun kesum, daun cekur dan daun kunyit. Sajian ini dianggap berkhasiat kerana tinggi kandungan serat dan kerana ia dikukus Lontong Kalau di Johor terdapat dua jenis lontong Lontong kuah dan Lontong kering Kalau LA lebih prefer lontong kering Tapi kebanyakannya lebih sukakan lontong kuah Lauknya sama cuma bezanya kuah lodeh itu sahaja Tapi variasi lauk untuk lontong kering ni lebih banyak Boleh letak rendang, sambal jawa, sambal kentang dan bergedil Biasanya dimakan untuk sarapan...nyum nyum Briyani Gam Johor Briyani Gam Johor memang terkenal dalam Malaysia Senang kata briyani yang paling wanted lah Harganya agak mahal sedikit kerana bahan-bahannya yang banyak Apa bezanya briyani biasa dengan briyani gam ni? First, pembuatannya cerewet, wajib beras basmati yang panjang-panjang tu kalau nak panggil briyani johor Dan briyani gam ni, ayam atau daging itu dimasak bersama nasi Kalau di Malaysia yang paling famous adalah di Batu Pahat iaitu Briyani Mohd Shah LA pernah pergi masa lunch, semua dah habis... gilalah. Asam Pedas Johor Asam Pedas Muar adalah antara yang terkenal di Malaysia selain asam pedas Melaka Dan saya percaya di negeri-negeri lain pun ada asam pedas tersendiri Tetapi setiap versi asam pedas negeri ni berbeza Keistimewaan asam pedas Johor berbanding asam pedas lain adalah kepekatannya Asam pedas di Johor di pekatnya lain macamMemang pekat dan secukup rasa... Kalau di Johor Bahru antara yang sedap adalah Asam pedas Anisofea di Mount Austin dan Asam Pedas Tasik Johor Bahru Kemudian, asam pedas Melaka ada Lada hitam, asam pedas Johor tak ada Selalunya untuk penambah rasa dan bau, diletakkan daun kesum, daun limau purut atau bunga kantan Dan untuk sayur-sayuran, tomato, bendi atau terung Otak-Otak Haaaa ni lagi satu makanan anak Johor sejati Makanan yang simple dan dihidangkan di serata Johor Otak-otak... dan yang paling terkenal ialah otak-otak Kempas Otak-otak ni isi ikan yang berempah Tempat lain pun ada juga kalau tak silap Cuma kalau di Johor ni pedas rasanya :) Dan berbeza dengan negeri lain Otak-otak boleh dijumpai hampir di semua kedai makan malam di sini Air Kathira Air Kathira/Katira memang popular sangat di Johor Kalau di Johor yang sangat famous adalah Air Kathira Abu Bakar Air Kathira ni ada 'isi-isi'nya seperti biji selasih, katira, kembang semangkuk dan sebagainya.
